Preparing the workshop…

Eight turns, one shared warmth

A little patience.
A lasting glaze.

Keep three pieces in their own sweet spot. Build a glaze, lift it before the fire takes it back, and leave enough warmth for what comes next.

Each number is this turn’s heat loss. Heat carries forward; it does not reset.

Turn 1

First change the heat, then tend every active piece, then lift at most one.

Exact whole-turn preview
  • 01Build slowly. Inside a piece’s heat band, consecutive turns add 1, then 2, then 3 glaze. Later consecutive turns add 3. Each piece holds at most 6.
  • 02Watch the heat. Outside the band, its streak resets. Above the upper limit, lose one glaze for each excess heat, down to zero. Lifted pieces are safe.
  • 03Choose when to lift. A lifted piece banks 5 per glaze, plus 8 if it has glaze and is still in its band. It never returns. At turn 8, pieces left inside score 5 per glaze; add 1 per unused fuel.
Points safely banked0
0All piece quality · still at risk inside

A perfect piece is 38 points: six glaze × 5, plus a careful lift worth 8. There are no other bonuses or penalties.
